Meditation and prayer have been documented to builder self esteem through inner peace and tranquility for ages. Properly studied and with full faith of the experience, meditation can cause major positive changes in your life.
Last but certainly not least, a fun and interesting way to build confidence through free self esteem activities is to take up a new hobby. Learn how to make a clay fixture, take up sewing, learn a new language, etc.
