Having self confidence can best be described as feeling inferior to people and circumstances around you. For some, talking to members of the opposite sex may affect their self confidence. Other people may have a poor self image about their bodies. Still yet, some men and women are just plain insecure and cannot identify any particular reason for their lack of self confidence.

The good news for all people dealing with insecurity is that it does not matter what kind of free self esteem activities you are involved in because if it makes you feel good then you have found a piece of the 'self confidence' solution so keep doing it!

Below are 3 examples of free self esteem activities that will help you in your quest to regain confidence and feel better about yourself.

1. Weight training: Training with weights is one of those free self esteem activities that a lot of insecure men and women take for granted. Don't worry, you do not have to join one of those fancy health clubs. You can enjoy free self esteem activities like this by simply using your own bodyweight to get in shape. Push-ups, pull-ups, and leg exercises like lunges, are a perfect way to get fit and feel better.

2. Start a new hobby: Free community college classes in your area specialize in teaching people new craft ideas. This is a perfect example of free self esteem activities that can help you feel good about creating something new and taps into that inner strength that you didn't know you had. But, there is no charge to keep reading and listening to them over and over again. And my friends, I cannot stress enough just how powerful a method this is to not only with building your confidence, but every part of your life will strengthen. So in addition to your other free self esteem activities, there is no better investment that you can do for your life than to dive into personal development material.
